Political Consultative Conference on nuclear and renewable energy held
全国政协9日下午在京召开双周协商座谈会，围绕“核电和清洁能源发展”建言。全国政协主席俞正声主持会议并讲话。
座谈会上，张国宝、贺禹、何祚庥、万钢、王玉庆、刘炳江、李河君、郝远、王炳华、王计、刘汉元、李子颖、王明弹等全国政协委员和专家学者，就发展核电和清洁能源，确保安全等问题，提出意见建议。
委员们认为，发展核电和清洁能源、调整能源结构，是保持经济持续发展和生态环境保护的重大问题。要在确保安全的基础上稳步有序推进核电建设，优化核电项目布局，理顺监管体制，强化核安全监管，杜绝发生核泄漏事故；同时，要加快发展水电，积极发展风电，大力发展光伏发电。俞正声认真听取发言，同大家一起讨论。座谈会发言踊跃，交流坦诚，气氛热烈。
近年来，委员们十分关注核电和清洁能源发展。2013年，民建中央专门围绕清洁能源发展问题进行调研并提出了建议。座谈会上，全国政协副主席、民建中央常务副主席马培华就此作了发言。
国家发展改革委员会副主任、国家能源局局长吴新雄介绍了我国核电和清洁能源发展的情况。环境保护部（国家核安全局）、水利部、中国工程院有关负责同志与委员互动交流。中国地震局有关负责同志出席会议。
