关于龙滩水电站电价问题的通知

广东省、广西自治区物价局、电网公司，南方电网公司，中国大唐集团公司：
广西壮族自治区人民政府《关于龙滩水电站电价电量等有关问题的请示》（桂政电[2007]10号）和中国大唐集团公司《关于申请核定龙滩水电工程上网电价的请示》（大唐集团财[2007]91号）均悉。经研究，现就龙滩水电站有关电价事项通知如下：
一、暂核定龙滩水电站上网电价为每千千瓦时307元（含税，下同）。
二、龙滩水电站送出工程输电价格每千千瓦时28元（不含线损）；广西至广东的输电价格为每千千瓦时8元。
三、暂核定龙滩水电站送广东省和广西自治区电量的落地价分别为每千千瓦时395元和295元。
四、以上电价自龙滩水电站发电机组投入商业运营之日起执行。
五、龙滩水电开发公司与南方电网公司在龙滩水电站侧上网关口统一结算上网电价；南方电网公司与广东、广西电网公司在省际关口结算输电价格和落地电价。
六、上述暂定电价执行至2009年底。龙滩水电开发公司要按国家基本建设项目管理的有关要求，抓紧完善电站装机容量及工程概算调整有关手续。待有关部门批复同意工程调整概算后，我委将根据工程概算调整情况，对上述电价进行调整和校核。
