根据《中华人民共和国标准化法实施条例》的规定，国家能源局组织复审了已实施5年以上的行业标准，决定废止《石油专用计量器具校准方法编写规则》（JJG（石油）39-1995）等11项石油天然气行业标准（见附件），现予公布，自公布之日起生效。
