内蒙古自治区人民政府：
《内蒙古自治区人民政府关于报送内蒙古电网电力多边交易市场方案和运营规则的函》（内政字［2008］179号）收悉。经研究，现函复如下。
一、内蒙古电力多边交易市场是华北区域电力市场的重要组成部分，对构建内蒙古电力工业发展新机制具有深远意义，应积极推进，努力探索，规范运作，充分发挥市场配置资源的基础性作用。
二、原则同意《内蒙古电力多边交易市场方案》。我会华北电监局将会同你区有关部门进一步完善有关方案和规则后印发，并适时启动模拟运行。
三、各有关单位应高度重视内蒙古电力多边交易市场建设工作，抓紧建设配套技术支持系统，同步建设监管信息系统，制定实施方案，开展相关培训，确保各项工作稳步推进。
