11月25日，国家能源局市场监管司会同电力司在京组织召开“中国智能电网发展监管路径”研究成果发布暨研讨会。
“中国智能电网发展监管路径”项目是“中德气候变化项目”的组成部分，由国家能源局指导，德国联邦经济合作与发展部（BMZ）委托德国国际合作机构（GIZ）执行。
此次会议发布了《中国智能电网发展监管研究报告》，中德有关专家就我国智能电网发展原动力、未来智能电网发展及监管措施以及对中国智能电网发展的政策和监管建议作了专题报告。同时，会议还组织相关专家就研究报告中提出的政策建议和监管路径的实施以及可能面对的挑战进行了研究讨论，并结合德国、中国智能电网的最新进展对未来智能电网的发展进行了探讨。
通过会议，中德双方专家从政府引导和监管的角度提出了促进我国智能电网健康发展的意见和建议，将对我国未来智能电网的发展及有效监管提供有益的参考和借鉴。
来自国家能源局有关业务司，德国、丹麦驻华大使馆，欧洲有关能源资源研究机构，国内相关科研院所、咨询机构，有关电力企业、设备厂商代表和项目研究组专家共计80余人参加会议。
