Shanxi: striving for no new coal mining projects in 13th FYP
日前，山西省公布了《山西省煤炭供给侧结构性改革实施意见》，明确从２０１６年起，暂停出让煤炭矿业权，暂停煤炭探矿权转采矿权，“十三五”期间原则上不再新配置煤炭资源。
《意见》指出，山西将从严控制煤矿项目审批，“十三五”期间原则上不再批准新建煤矿项目，不再批准新增产能的技术改造项目和产能核增项目，确保全省煤炭总产能只减不增。
目前，山西已经按照２７６个工作日要求，对５６２座在产矿井重新确定了产能，产能从原来的９．０９２５亿吨降为７．６３７７亿吨，减少１．４５４８亿吨；１６座违法违规矿井被叫停，涉及产能７９４０万吨；另有２０７座重组整合煤矿停产停建整顿。此外，山西还将分类处置１４９座停产半停产矿井，涉及产能１．３４亿吨。
