陕西省、甘肃省、青海省、宁夏自治区、新疆自治区发展改革委、物价局，国家电网公司：
为规范西北电网有限公司输电价格，经研究，现将有关问题通知如下：
一、取消西北电网有限公司自行向陕西、甘肃、青海、宁夏、新疆五省（区）电力公司收取的过往费、平衡费、管理费、调度费、2.5%折旧和划转资产输电费等六项收费。
二、核定西北电网有限公司输电价格标准每千瓦时分别为：陕西6.9厘钱、青海6.9厘钱、宁夏6.9厘钱、甘肃11.1厘钱（以上均含2004年已出台的2厘钱），新疆1.6厘钱。上述价格标准按五省（区）售电量征收。
三、上述价格调整自2007年1月1日起执行。
