各省、自治区、直辖市发展改革委、物价局，民航各地区管理局，各运输航空公司：
经研究，现就民航国内航线燃油附加收取标准补充通知如下：
对按规定享受国内民航票价优惠政策的婴儿、儿童以及革命伤残军人和因公致残的人民警察，燃油附加收取标准实行优惠。其中，按成人普通票价10%计价的婴儿免收；按成人普通票价50%计价的儿童（含无成人陪伴儿童）、革命伤残军人和因公致残的人民警察，800公里以下航段每位旅客收取20元，800公里（含）以上航段每位旅客收取30元。
上述规定自4月20日起执行，以出票日期为准。
