1月16日，在河北省唐山市南湖电动汽车充电站，纯电动公交车在风雪中整装待发。为应对雾霾天气，减少机动车污染排放，促进城市公共服务机构车辆结构调整，2013年10月，河北省唐山市投运20辆纯电动公交车用于城市公共交通。纯电动车比普通汽油、柴油公交车节能环保、噪音小，停车起步更稳定，同时配备冷暖空调，乘车舒适度明显提高。投运三个多月来，唐山的电动公交运行平稳，受到乘客们的欢迎。据了解，唐山市将在2017年底前，将市区公交车、环卫车、出租车等全部更换为电动或天然气汽车。新华社发（郑勇 摄）
