新华网天津１月２６日专电（记者毛振华）记者２６日从国家电网天津市电力公司了解到，２０１４年天津将完成全市智能电表换装。随着智能电表换装完成，天津智能电表用户将能够足不出户，通过电话或网络实现购电。据介绍，２０１４年，天津市电力公司将细化客户需求，打造购电缴费一体化服务平台，新增２００个自助缴费终端网点。同时，以９５５９８网站、手机客户端、短信、微信等互动平台为载体，为智能电表客户提供电子账单、远程充值及购电提示等服务。
截至２０１３年末，天津智能电表完成全市８２％换装任务，２０１４年还有６８．２８万具换装任务，年底将完成全市智能电表换装。
