“没有停电，吃年夜饭、看春晚都特别舒心。”今年在海南三沙市永兴岛上过年的渔民老符说，前几年最怕停电，有时一停就停好几天。不仅春节过得不舒坦，还担心冰柜里存放的海产品会变坏。今年终于能在永兴岛上过一个“亮堂堂”的春节。
今年春节是三沙市永兴岛电网升压改造工程正式投运后迎来的第一个新春。为此，三沙供电局与海南电网同步实施春节二级保供电，向三沙居民交出了“零停电”“零投诉”的答卷。2013年的最后一天，三沙市500千瓦独立光伏发电示范项目工程在永兴岛正式竣工，标志着海南省首个独立光伏智能微电网建成，将为三沙供电负荷提供高品质的绿色电力。
早在春节前20多天，三沙供电局就进入了春节保电备战状态，针对岛上冬季用电特点、负荷变化及天气情况，认真编制了保电方案及各类应急预案，千方百计守住“零停电”这条底线。老发电工郭海山说，三沙供电局7名驻岛员工、1辆抢修车辆，采取分片蹲守的方式，24小时随时待命，守护永兴岛的灯火。（黄晓慧、王妍馨）
