关于做好光伏发电相关工作的紧急通知
各派出能源监管机构，国家电网公司、南方电网公司、各地方电网企业：
近日，国家发展改革委、财政部、国家能源局联合印发了《关于2018年光伏发电有关事项的通知》（发改能源〔2018〕823号，以下简称《通知》）。据反映，部分电网企业以《通知》为由停止了分布式光伏发电的并网、代备案和补贴垫付等相关工作。经研究，现将有关要求通知如下。
一、各地、各电网企业应依法依规继续做好光伏发电项目并网、（代）备案和地方补贴垫付等工作，不得以项目未纳入国家补贴建设规模范围为由擅自停止。
二、各派出能源监管机构要加强对电网企业的监管，发现问题及时纠正。
