Zhejiang to implement special action plan for clean energy this year
记者日前从浙江省发展和改革委员会获悉，2014年浙江将全面实施清洁能源专项行动计划，提升清洁能源开发利用力度。其中将推进建设多个清洁能源重点项目，并加快清洁能源立法和实施工作。
据悉，2014年浙江将大力推广使用天然气，在确保安全的前提下继续高效利用核电，并加快发展风电、太阳能光伏等可再生能源，力争全年清洁能源利用量达3700万吨标煤、同比增长29%。其中，天然气利用量计划达到80亿立方米，同比增长44%，非化石能源利用量计划达到2700万吨标煤、同比增长24%。
2014年浙江计划推进三门核电、秦山方家山核电、仙居抽水蓄能等清洁能源重点项目，确保投产1台核电机组。同时，将建成宁波杭州湾等3个国家分布式光伏发电应用示范项目，并加快建设国电普陀6号海上风电场，力争全省全年建成太阳能光伏发电50万千瓦、风电15万千瓦。此外还将继续推进生物质能、海洋能、地热能等可再生能源开发利用。 （记者吕昂）
