1月24日上午，国家能源局召开新闻发布会介绍2017年度新能源并网、投诉举报、放管服改革、清洁取暖规划等相关情况。
【新能源和可再生能源司副司长 梁志鹏】二是可再生能源利用水平不断提高。2017年，国家发改委、国家能源局印发《解决弃水弃风弃光问题实施方案》，制定了可再生能源消纳的全方位解决方案。2017年，可再生能源发电量1.7万亿千瓦时，同比增长1500亿千瓦时；可再生能源发电量占全部发电量的26.4%，同比上升0.7个百分点。其中，水电11945亿千瓦时，同比增长1.7%；风电3057亿千瓦时，同比增长26.3%；光伏发电1182亿千瓦时，同比增长78.6%；生物质发电794亿千瓦时，同比增长22.7%。全年弃水电量515亿千瓦时，在来水好于去年的情况下，水能利用率达到96%左右；弃风电量419亿千瓦时，弃风率12%，同比下降5.2个百分点；弃光电量73亿千瓦时，弃光率6%，同比下降4.3个百分点。
