To the Development and Reform Commission (Energy Administration) of all provinces (autonomous regions, directly-controlled municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, the local branches of the energy regulation authority, the State Grid Corporation, China Southern Power Grid Company, Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company:
In order to promote the continued optimization of the environment for construction and operation of photovoltaic power generation, to guide the rational investment by enterprises, to promote the healthy and orderly development of the photovoltaic industry, and in accordance with the "Establishment of market environment monitoring and evaluation system to guide the healthy and orderly development of the PV industry (NEA [2017] No. 79)", the 2018 PV market environment monitoring and evaluation results are hereby announced。The results of this evaluation shall be used as an important basis for strengthening the administrative management of the PV industry and for guiding the orderly development in the various administrative areas。
