Circular on 2017 PV market environment monitoring and evaluation results
To the Development and Reform Commissions (Energy Administrations) of provinces, autonomous regions, directly-controlled municipalities and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, local branches of energy regulation organizations, State Grid Corporation, China Southern Power Grid Company, Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company：
In order to promote the continued optimization of the PV construction operation environment, to guide rational investment by industry, to promote the healthy and orderly development of the PV industry, and in accordance with the "Circular on the establishment of a market environment monitoring and evaluation system to guide the healthy and orderly development of the PV industry" (NEA New Energy [2017] No. 79), the results of the 2017 PV power generation market environment monitoring and evaluation are hereby announced。The results of this evaluation shall be used as an important basis for strengthening the administrative management of the PV industry and for guiding the orderly development in the various administrative areas。
